requested for the future manager. The preparation is normally made
with your HR Manager and we ask to meet the future manager of the
recrutee. We supply you with a detailed questioneer that you have to
fill up.
Then we
prepare the mission guide that you have to approve before starting.
This mission guide includes the preparation of job descriptions, the
profile to search (personnality, skills and experiences).
