- Your recruitment is extremely confidential, A search is particularly adapted to your case. We garanty a total confidentiality on the recruitment.

Duration :

- It is impossible to seriously promiss a delivery time when the mission starts. However our commitment is to inform you regularly for the progression or eventual difficulties . In principle a mission lasts rarely less than 6 weeks.

Total garany for 3 months :

- You are not satisfied with the recruitment ? We re-launch the mission once for free.
- The recrutee resigns within this period of 3 months ? We re-launch the mission once for free.

Cases of garanty after 3 months :

- You have noticed and expressed a problem that was not visible before the hiring decision, this during the first 3 months of the contract. You decide to breach the contract with the recrutee within 6 months. We relaunch the mission once for free.

Business ethic

- As a principle, we give you a precise information on the list of customer companies who can compeet with your business.

Garanty of "no search"

- We can't work with you and against you. We do not seach into your team, not only for the same kind of job, but also for any other job during a period of 1 year following the hiring of a candidate. the only limit to this rule is a free application (isolated) that we have to manage like any other application.
